To request that your account be permanently deleted:

Once 30 days have passed since the deletion request, your account and all your information will be permanently deleted and you will not be able to recover them. During those 30 days, content remains subject to Instagram’s Terms of Use and Data Policy, but cannot be viewed by others using Instagram.
