Florida State Seminoles is the name given to the sports teams of Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida. The 26 teams participating in university Seminoles NCAA competitions, and are part of the Atlantic Coast Conference.
The baseball program is one of the most spectacular in the country, making throughout its history 18 College World Series. Historically, it is the second best university in the sport.
Florida State has three national titles in football, in 1993, 1999 and 2013, plus 18 conference titles and six division. He has also won 25 bowls of 41 appearances, including the BCS National Championship Game in the 2013 season four Sugar Bowl in 1988, 1994, 1997 and 1999, four Orange Bowl in 1992, 1993, 1995 and 2012, the Cotton Bowl 1991, two Peach Bowl six Gator Bowl.
In 1972, the set of basketball Florida State reached the final of the NCAA tournament, losing to UCLA Bruins.
