Universal PreK
Remember that the city of New York is committed to providing Universal Prekindergarten for all children. If you have questions about pre-k admissions, please call (718) 935-2009, e [email protected] email, or visit a registration office.

Do you need help with the registration process? The centers of student enrollment – open from August 27 to September 12 from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a. m. at 3:00 p. m.

When a student doesn’t meet the promotion standards for his or her grade, the family will get a letter recommending that the student go to summer school. If you have a question about whether your child should attend summer school, please contact the principal at your child’s school. Families can appeal promotion decisions, but not until after summer school students have been evaluated in August.
